morning... (ellipses included) began playing their curious indie-rock mixture in basements and VFW halls in the fall of 2008. Since then, they've made three EPs and a full-length album. Each time they write a song, a mega-clash of disparate influence occurs, and someone gets killed. They'd change their name if they could think of anything cool, but they can't. It's been said that they have "nice jackets." A great deal of band bios make the claim that the music in question is somehow fresh and genre-defying, so morning... -- contrarians by nature -- would like you to know that you can rely on them for "the same old shit" ... recycled, generic, polite, and totally indistinct from your expectations.
